Y’all have been living in the shadows far too long for me.
Society told you that you had to be a certain way or go a certain path in order to achieve success. Growing up, people in your family and community told you that you have to put in long hours and do back-breaking work to achieve your goals. They told you you have to stay somewhere that you HATE for 10 years to get that raise or promotion. But when you look at them, you see tired and run-down individuals with no zest for life.
I get it, I get it. Especially in communities of color, the generations before us paved the way and sacrificed so much for us to be in the spot we are now. However, I NEED you to ask yourself: are you about to go down the same road and relive the same patterns that are keeping those around you stuck? If you answered no, then keep reading.
IT'S TIME WE THRIVE NOT JUST SURVIVE...
But, you’re gonna have to put in the work. The caveat is, once we spot the pattern, we can no longer place blame on our families. It’s now up to us to change and break that pattern.
It’s a tough pill to swallow and a hard road to walk as the first and only one to do it, but trust me, in the end it’s SO.WORTH.IT.
I’ve discovered many of the Universe’s secrets to living a wonderful, prosperous, EASY life, all because I chose the path to heal myself (thus healing my lineage), follow my soul’s calling and vibrate higher. And I really want others to experience this alongside me.

ELEVATED EMBODYMENT
Once you got the plan mapped out, the only thing really left to do, is DO! I’m not going to lie and tell you that as soon as you decide to take action, that your path will be perfect. You’ll encounter those ingrained patterns trying to creep back in. You’ll have those people who will either look at you crazy, or want to do the same as you but won’t take action. You’ll have to go through the trial and error process to really know what works for you, as this is the first time you or ANYONE in your lineage is doing something like this.
But, you’re closer now to your most authentic self, your Higher Self. We will work together to help you unlock your abilities and have you TALK YOUR SHIT!! We’ll start to embody your unique gifts and what you’d like to offer to the world. And the BEST part is, you can live in your authenticity AND live a comfortable, successful life!

REBUILD FOUNDATIONS
Now that the foundation has been stripped and the dust has settled, it’s time to see what will come with us when we rebuild, and what needs to be left in the past. This stage especially will require an honest assessment of what you need to leave behind (people, mindsets, habits, etc.) in order to embody the life you see for your future self.
You will have my full support while we get real during this process, and I will teach you all the things I’ve learned, having done the very same for myself. We’ll make a plan and tailor it to YOU and your goals, and even past our time together, you’ll have me in your corner 🫶
(RE) EXPLORATION
Once we have gotten to the core of who you are, we will explore what it means to be you in this current state. No more thinking of the past version; who do you want to be now and for the future? What are your talents and unique gifts? What do you want to accomplish, what legacy do you want to leave? How do you want to live in your body? How do you want your relationships to look/feel?
For many of us, this multifaceted exploration is completely new, since we never really got the chance to think about these things due to living in survival mode. For others, we’re re-exploring these dreams you had for yourself when you were younger. Whatever stage you’re in, we’ll use multiple modalities to visualize and unlock your Higher Self.
THE BREAKDOWN
I don’t call myself a Shadow Worker for no reason! We’re going to go deep.
We’ll examine allllll those beliefs you hold about yourself, all your patterns, values, all the “good” and “bad” aspects about yourself, among many other things. With pattern interruption, we’re going to challenge your mind/body’s usual thoughts and beliefs and question them, nonjudgmentally. Materials required: most likely some tissues..
ETHEREALLY ELEVATED
Ethereally Elevated was born out of my love for the Cannabis plant and realizing it's profoundly healing and soul-ascending qualities, and wanting to share that with others. During a rough time in my life, I used the plant solely as a means of numbing, not realizing how fine of a line it is between escapism and enjoyment when consuming the plant.
I made the choice to be conscious with my Canna consumption, and because of that small choice, it snowballed into me actually gaining some enlightenment. It provides me with clarity, comfort, creativity, epiphanies, you name it. But only because I opened myself up to those possibilities.
