Cancellation Policy

Thank you for choosing Ethereally Elevated as the next step in your evolution and growth! Our team is committed to providing you with valuable guidance and support on your journey to your Dharma. ​ Payment Collection: We utilize Stripe as our trusted third-party payment processor to securely collect payments for our coaching services. Stripe enables us to offer convenient payment options and ensures the security of your financial information. ​ Refund Policy: As our products are digital in nature and involve the provision of intellectual property, we do not offer refunds after you have signed your contract. We believe in the effectiveness of our programs and the potential for transformative results when you fully commit to the process. Dispute Policy: Here at Ethereally Elevated, LLC, much love, effort and intention goes into curating a one-of-a-kind experience for each client, even before the first coaching session. Should a client decide to open a dispute with their bank, they will be pursued to the fullest extent of the law. By becoming a client, you agree to these terms. Expected Commitment: As a client of Ethereally Elevated, LLC, there is, at minimum, a ONE (1) month commitment to coaching with Krystal. If a client has purchased a multiple-month coaching package, they understand that this first month will be paid in full, even if they have a payment plan. (This payment will be in the form of a deposit, which is nonrefundable. This deposit goes towards the remaining balance, no matter if you pay in full or have a payment plan). ​ Cancellation of Sessions: Should you wish to discontinue your work with Ethereally Elevated, you may do so at any time. You are entitled to taking a break up to 6 months if necessary. However, please note that cancellations do not include refunds. If you have signed the contract and agreed to the full coaching container, your monthly payments are still due as outlined in the contract. ​ Modification of Sessions: You have the flexibility to modify your coaching program (number of coaching sessions) at any time, whether you wish to upgrade to a longer cycle for additional benefits or downgrade to a shorter cycle. This can be discussed privately and once agreed upon, will be updated in the next billing cycle. ​ Customer Support: We are dedicated to providing exceptional customer support and are here to assist you with any questions or concerns you may have regarding our coaching program.
